Diary

Writing can be a wonderful moment for yourself. A moment to quietly reflect in an often quite busy life. Writing without anyone reading it, only for yourself.

Practical tips and links:

Keep a diary.

Write down your most important concerns, thoughts, and emotions every day. This helps to release it. Also write down a few things that happened that day that you are grateful for and/or that you enjoyed.

It can also help you get everything in order, develop more self-insight and see everything in better perspective.

For some, this works best before bedtime. Others prefer to do this at a fixed time during the day. Writing can lead to fewer worries during the day and better sleep at night.

You can just take a notebook or writing pad. There are also diaries on the market (or online) with questions about your day.
