If you want to maintain a good basic FITness, you could do the following 5 exercises: 

  1. jump rope every day

  2. 20 minutes of power walking 3 times a week

  3. Do exercises with a clubbell twice a week, 5 minutes is enough to improve your fascia: see High Intensity Training

  4. mini yoga and/or full fluid exercise every day.

  5. dance to at least 1 song every day
